The hotel's location is excellent for those visiting the exhibition center, with just a 5-minute walk to the East entrance of the exhibition (Messe Ost). The breakfast was very good, and the room was spacious and well-equipped. Overall, the hotel is well-maintained and looks great. I also appreciated the Bock restaurant within the hotel, where I dined twice; the staff was very attentive, and the food was delicious. Upon arrival, which was very late (after 10 PM following a long journey), I assumed I'd have to settle for a sandwich from the gas station across the street. However, the receptionist was exceptionally kind; he called the Bock restaurant and arranged for me to have dinner even at that late hour, when the restaurant was normally closed. I greatly appreciated this gesture! Overall, it was a very positive experience with this hotel.

We went for a concert in the Zag Arena. The location couldn't be any better. The hotel is nice, friendly staff, breakfast was very good. Always staff to help you out or bring stuff at your table. A lot of choice for the food. I can't think of something i would have possibly want and that I couldn't find it. Definitely worth booking breakfast. We had a room for 3 people, loads of space and nicely decorated. I guess it could have been a bit cleaner but that's just my thing, it was definitely clean (I might be a bit of a freak about that myself 😬). Definitely recommend for short stays.

We had a fantastic stay here. We stayed 3 nights as we had a Volkswagen exhibition at the Messe just over the road from here. Once they opened the bridge this meant only a 10 minute walk from the hotel to the venue. The pool area was great, my 6 year old loved it. Food in the restaurant is quite limited, but very nice! The breakfast was great, and the service in all areas of the hotel was excellent. I would come back to stay here again just for a break away with the wife and kids.

The service was great and the indoor pool was fantastic. In addition, the location is close to the highway so easy entry and exit. My children enjoyed the pool and the safety at the hotel. Overall, the service was worth recommending further and I look forward to my next stay there.

Very friendly staff kindly allowed us to use the pool after hours. It made our kids extremely happy. We also had an excellent dinner in the restaurant. The hotel is really dog friendly. Our dog got a full welcome pack - a bowl, food, poopy bags. We will be back!
